A rainy forecast didn't deter the crowds from the 40th annual Los Altos Festival of Lights Parade on Sunday, Nov. 26. Thousands of onlookers flooded downtown Los Altos, lining Main and State streets for a glimpse of Santa Claus, the Snow Queen and floats of all shapes and sizes.
